All quote requests are reviewed and answered within five (5) to ten (10) working days. Quotes are valid for the period specified and are subject to availability of materials and production capacity.
Vinyl record pressing commences only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any production timelines provided are estimates and begin from the date payment is confirmed.
Standard production times typically range between four (4) and eight (8) weeks.
If a test pressing is requested, production timelines may increase, as test pressings can require an additional up to two (2) weeks prior to the start of full production.
Production times may vary due to manufacturing conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All prices quoted include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the specifications agreed at the time of quoting.
Shipping costs are not included in quoted prices unless explicitly stated.
Exceptions may apply where shipping is included due to order quantity, destination, or other factors, provided this has been previously agreed in writing.
